Cooking with Culture is a two part experience that begins with a supply hunt. Explore the village plantations and markets to gather your fresh ingredients. Take a midday dip in a fresh water lagoon before the second half of your day - your Sunset Cooking Class to prepare an authentic Samoan cuisine using your local ingredients. Then end your day with a toast to the sunset as you enjoy the fruits of your labour in a private overwater setting.
Fa'a Samoa: Journey into one of Samoas oldest villages; Poutasi, and discover the Fa'a Samoa. Enjoy a cruise on a local bus before immersing yourself in a day of Samoan Culture including a customary welcome by village chiefs, ancient games of Taulafoga (coconut tossing), Tagati'a (spear throwing) and a tour of the village arts centre. End the day with a taste of real island cooking, cultural celebrations and a fire knife show by the men, women and children of this village.
Eco Trekking tour begins with a medicinal plant discovery and trek along the lava cliffs in search of the magnificent blow holes, and ancient caves. Discover the Giant 'Ma' Trees, and bird life buried within the heart of this unassuming jungle before making your way to Samoas only Carbon Offsetting site. Here you will be given the opportunity to plant your very own native tree. Then rest in the healing pools of Togitogiga Falls before heading home.
Island Art Affair: Experience island artistry through the eyes of the best creators. Begin with a visit to the home of a traditional Samoan tattooist, then a visit to the Tiapapata Art Gallery where you will meet local and international artists. Then escape to the Poutasi Arts Centre and engage in sculpting/wood carving workshop.

Child & Infant attendance on all tours are subject to adequate safety requirements. Tour operator reserves the right to assess and refuse the attendance of a child or infant on any and all tours. *Children on Private Tours aged 4-11 years are 50% of relevant number of adults booked for the tour. * A Kids Club & Babysitting service is available at Sinalei Reef Resort (starting point for all tours) for clients with children not wanting to do the tours, additional fees apply. Meals are not included and can be arranged directly with the resort on arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations made within 8 -15 Days prior to Arrival incur a 25% cancellation fee
Cancellations within 1 - 7 Days prior to arrival incur a 75% cancellation fee
Cancellations made within 24 hours & no shows 100% cancellation fee or no refund.
Cancellations by operator due to weather, a full refund will be offered or the option to book an alternative day.
